Kristy Tester Cook takes pride in the vibe at Central Kitchen + Bar. If you come to Central you will definitely run into someone you know, guaranteed.

A widely experienced restaurant and hospitality manger, Cook has nearly two decades of experience opening restaurants, training employees, and creating unique experiences. Prior to her work at Central, Cook spent 13 years at Ruby Tuesday as a regional service manager and corporate trainer. She took a break from hospitality to work in the nonprofit sector for 8 years finally returning to Detroit to help open several restaurants before landing at Central.

While Kristy makes everyone feel like family, she loves spending time with her three teenage boys and German Shepherd Cayde. As Detroit keeps thriving, she sees Central growing along with it.
